Description
Dwigus Lowater paths right next to merchant Conium Darkblade on the center island. Dwigus Lowater's place holder is a Scalded Rat. The PH Scaled Rat will path and stop right next to merchant Conium Darkblade. KEEP killing Scalded Rats until Dwigus Lowater pops.
Eventually paths by the friendly NPC camp (1) if allowed to roam. (On Green 10-25-21 this mob was seen to walk to and spawn at this location twice in a row. -402.22, -2200.19, 210.44 near the Orc camp and Mage epic quest npc.)
Confirmed, Killed the Scalded Rat @ (827, -778), waited one spawn cycle and Dwigus spawned at -402.22, -2200.19, uploaded new photo with the Orc camp in the background for reference.
