Spawn seems to be 7 days plus extended variance delay of ~ 0 to 120 hours.

Camped this knowing the previous death timer. Mob did not spawn at the 7 day interval. Likely bugged or ghost patched again to have variance. He spawned several hours after the 7 day mark. The next week, he spawned before the 7 day timer so it would indicate the variance is +/-.

'''Lich Pathing of importance''' - When sitting at about location 4 on the bear caves map far enough out to see the Lich path left to right but not close enough agro it. The Lich will turn North (away from entrance) and path down the middle of path of the map away from the entrance (loc 4k,-4k to loc 4.5k,-4.1k).

The Lich will turn right/East heading down the path from loc 4.5k,-4.1k to loc 4.3k,-4.7k).

If camping Glacier Bear or killing it's skeleton ph's, when the Lich is down this path this is the time to run from the entrance down the 1st left path of the bear caves and to the 2nd red "X" on the map and pull the bear back to the entrance the same way you came. I've often found the pathing bears at the intersection just below the 2nd red "X" on the map (North most "X").

The Lich seems to path counter clockwise and definitely comes from left path on the map (West to East/Left to Right when facing North) and will head North up the middle path and then East.  Have seen him pathing this way most often while sitting in the entrance just out of the massive aggro range.
